  • If you currently manage your card(s) in online banking, your card's settings will transfer to this new platform.
  • You can name your card(s) under Services.
  • You can set up card controls, travel notifications, and alerts!

If you currently manage my card(s) in online banking:

If you DO NOT currently manage my card(s) in online banking, but plan to:

  1. Open your internet browser and clear your cache (browsing history) in the settings.
  2. Log-in to online banking
  3. Click your credit card(s)
  4. Verify your information
    1. Enter credit card number, DOB, last 4 of your SSN, and zip code.
  1. Open your internet browser and clear your cache (browsing history) in the settings.
  2. Log-in to or enroll in online banking
  3. Click your credit card(s)
  4. Enroll to manage your card(s)
    1. Agree to Terms & Conditions
    2. Enter credit card number, DOB, last 4 of your SSN, and zip code.
    3. Set up 3 security questions.
 
FAQs
How do I clear my cache and what is it?
Your cache is another word for "browing history." By clearing your cache, your browser will recognize the new platform we upgraded to. Find the settings icon on your internet browser and click it. Find an option that says "browing history or cache" and click it. You do NOT need to delete your cookies, just your cache. Follow along with one of the videos below.
