Here’s are some quick ways to resolve your concerns:
- In the event that you need to cancel a lost or stolen credit card, call us at 800-262-5325 during business hours or contact our after-hours credit card contact center at 800-550-1961.
- A great way to disable a lost or stolen card is by locking your cards through SWACU’s mobile banking app.
- We encourage all our members to set up alerts through home banking or mobile banking. Setting up alerts lets you receive account notifications directly to your cell phone or email.
- You can log into your online banking and submit a dispute by clicking next to the incorrect transaction you wish to dispute.
Disclosure: Provisional credit will typically be granted within 10 business days so that you have the use of your funds while the investigation is ongoing. If additional information is requested during the process of your claim, please respond promptly. Please allow 45-90 calendar days for the final determination of your dispute. If it is determined the dispute is not valid, the provisional credit will be reversed. If it is determined the dispute is valid the provisional credit will be made final and will remain in your account. We will provide you with a written explanation at the end of the process.
