Countdown to New Home Banking
When will I need to start using the new Home Banking?
We encourage all members to start using the new home, mobile, and tablet banking as soon as it is launched. We will have a short window where both the old and new systems are available, but the old system will have limited functionality.
How do I log in to the new SWACU Home Banking?
Once we have launched the new Home Banking, when you go to swacu.org and click “Online Banking”, you will use your current user name, but complete the registration process in order to ensure your account is set up to your preference.
What will happen to my BillPay payments, Popmoney Transfers, and Account Alerts I currently have set up?
Nothing. Your transfers, alerts, and payments will continue working. Once the new system is launched, you will no longer be able to set/edit these up in the old system, only the new.
