Re-opening our Dallas Branch!

We will resume normal branch lobby services on Monday, August 3rd, 2020. Our lobby hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Dallas Drive-thru will be from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Dallas Lobby is temporarily closed!

We wanted to make you aware that we have a confirmed case of COVID-19 in our Dallas Branch. In order to protect our members and staff, the lobby will be closed until further notice. However, our staff will work remotely to serve you. Our Dallas Drive-Thru will stay open, Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. All other SWACU Branches are open and running, as usual, please call us at 800-262-5325 if you need immediate assistance.

You still have access to your accounts and to us. We encourage you to use our online services and secure messages through SWACU Online or Mobile Banking. You can use digital tools to manage your account, so our call centers can handle urgent matters for members.

We are excited to announce we will resume normal branch lobby services at all locations on Monday, June 15, 2020. Our lobby hours will be Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and Dallas Drive-thru will be from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.  

Our goal is to serve you in the safest and best possible way. For your safety and the safety of our employees, please continue to maintain social distancing practices.   

Here are ways we are taking safety measures in our branch locations: 

  • Hand sanitizer stands are conveniently located around the lobby area 

  • Plexiglass shields have been installed at all teller windows and lobby desks 

  • Member-facing staff will wear gloves and masks when meeting with a member 

  • Desks and chairs will be wiped clean before and after member visits 

  • Regular daily cleaning and weekly deep cleaning will be performed throughout our branches  

While it is not required, if you do wear a mask, you may be asked to remove your mask for identification purposes. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please do not seek services in a branch.

Updated Drive-Thru hours! In order to protect our members and staff, all SWACU lobbies remain closed. However, beginning Monday, April 27th our Dallas Drive-Thru will stay open to serve members, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT. Our staff will work remotely to continue to serve you!

Online Banking. Our Secure Mobile Banking app and Online Banking are available 24/7 as convenient ways to check account status and more:

Secure electronic messaging. We may experience a high volume of calls, so you may send us a secured message through your SWACU Home Banking or SWACU Mobile app to answer any questions you have regarding your account. Here’s how to use

CO-OP Network ATMsFor cash withdrawals, please visit our drive-thru ATMs or visit one of our CO-OP Shared ATM locations.

Member-Guided Service

The following departments will continue to assist you and answer calls during our normal business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT.

Loan payments. If you need to make a loan payment using a debit card, we are currently waving the fee to make the payment. All other loan payments made through direct deposit or payroll deduction will continue to be processed normally.

Member assistance. If you’ve been impacted by COVID-19 and need our support, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us at 800-262-5325 and find out about our assistance programs, such as credit line increase and collection forbearance that may be available.

Advice and guidance. With ongoing developments, we know you may have concerns about your personal finances. GreenPath offers free financial counseling and will work with you to identify resources and reassess your budget to get through this difficult time.

Beware of scams. Look out for suspicious email and text messages, medical supply scams, and fraudulent donation sites that may impersonate a company, charity or government agency. Please remember we will NEVER ask you for personal information including Debit or Credit Card PIN numbers. If you experience any suspicious activity, please call us and speak with one of our staff to notify them of your concerns. We care about you and your financial security.
