We have exciting news for all of our SWACU Members! We have launched our NEW SWACU Home, Mobile, and Tablet Banking platform. We know you have all been waiting patiently! Check out the information, below for FAQ's and other helpful information!

Important Dates

Please find important dates listed below that we want you to be aware of, to make your transition to the NEW SWACU Home, Mobile, and Tablet Banking easy and convenient.

July 23rd
 - Billpay(Checkfree) will no longer be available on the current home banking system starting at 10:00 pm CST on July 23rd and will be available upon launch of the new system at 12:00 pm CST on July 26th. Please note: any existing bill payments will still go through and will convert to the new system.

July 23rd - Scheduling of recurring transfers will no longer be available within the current home banking system after 10:00 pm CST on July 23rd and will be available upon launch of the new system at 12:00 pm CST on July 26th. Please note: Any existing scheduled transfers will still work and convert to the new system.

July 23rd - Registration in the legacy(current) home banking system will no longer be available after 10:00 pm CST on July 23rd.

July 25th - Mobile Deposit will no longer be available within the current mobile banking system after 10:00 pm CST on July 25th and will be available upon launch of the new system at 12:00 pm CST on July 26th

July 26th - NEW SWACU HOME, MOBILE, and TABLET Banking launch at 12:00 pm CST.

August 8th - The legacy(current) home, mobile, and tablet banking system will be shut down on August 8th.

How Do I Log In To The New SWACU Home Banking?

Once we have launched the new Home Banking, when you go to swacu.org and click “Online Banking”, you will use your current user name, but complete the registration process in order to ensure your account is set up to your preference.

What Will Happen to My BillPay payments, popmoney transfers, and account alerts I currently have set up?

Your transfers, email alerts, and payments will continue working. You will need to set your text message alerts back up, once the new system is launched. After launch, you will no longer be able to set/edit these up in the old system, only the new. Please be aware that starting at 10:00 pm CST on July 23rd until we go live at 12:00 pm CST on July 26th,  you are not able to add new payments, payees to Billpay, popmoney, or transfers within the old system. During this time, you will also be unable to add new alerts to your account.
